Food dreams? !

Totally did that. I tried to think of it like, thank god it wtonly a dream and not In real life. My experience was that they go away the longer I stay away from the food I'm addicted to. You might not be addicted, I'm not saying that, I'm just talking bout me. Some of my friends said I woke up in the night crying over some fast food commercials. Honestly, I try to focus on all the positive changes I'm making in my life and not worry too much about the dreams. Sometimes now, when I'm really super stressed out, I have one, and I think, oh thank god I'm not eating over THAT...and it ok
It is completely normal. I'm 14 years post-op and I still have those dreams sometimes. The good thing is that it is only a dream and not reality.
