Was going to point out what Laura did. I just heard today that if the average person to increases their daily calorie by just 100-200 calories...they can put on upwards of 20 pounds in a year. 190 calories rack up quickly! I've also heard it said that maintaining weight loss...or losing...is 80% food and 20% exercise. You get more bang for your buck by really focusing on food intake rather than automatically increasing gym time. I think it is great that you are trying to address regain now while you ate up just 20 pounds rather than waiting till it like ads to 30...40...or 50 pound regain. You can remedy this!
