it's 2015...is there any bariatric surgeons In louisiana that takes medicaid now?

I just got approved for medicaid through amerigroup...I am wondering if there is any surgeons that take medicaid now? 

I suggest that you call Medicaid (the number on the back of your card) and ask for a list of bariatric surgeons in your area that accept Medicaid.  Surgeons that accept (or don't accept) Medicaid change frequently so it is best to get the most accurate information directly from them.

OH has a directory list of surgeons by state.  You could check the Louisiana listing for the surgeons and call them yourself.
