Hey,
So my highest weight was 299 and on my surgery date I was 285. I am a month out and I'm weighting in at 267. Tomorrow I should be getting the okay to start working out. Anyone from this site live near Bremerton Washington and in the 20's? I would love a work out buddy and even a friend I could talk to about my weight loss surgery.
Here's a list of support groups Vitalady has listed on her site support groups. I don't know if they are active in Gig Harbor or Bremerton; you will have to contact them.
I go to a local group in Fife, but you would have to cross the bridge. Naval Hospital Bremerton, Harrison, or St. Anthony's might also have a support group.
If you don't find a local group right away, you can always come here.
