Weight maintenance after prednisone

a couple months ago I had to take high dose steroids for an MS exacerbation. My weight has bubbled up to about 6 lbs over my "it's time to go into crisis mode" number. 

Now after being miserable and fighting to get back yo my sweet spot I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this.  

Any advice would be appreciated

Depending on how long you took them, they shouldn't cause continued weight gain. You may gain while you are on them but that should come off within a week or 2 of stopping them. I've been on long term (2 yrs of low dose prednisone) and after the initial gain I didn't gain anymore, just evened out. I kept a tigh****ch on my eating tho.
