I have trouble committing to the gym since I relocated 3 yrs ago after surgery and my insurance (claims) they don't even cover bariatric follow up visits ( bcbs pf GA)
has anyone heard of Endoscopic suturing for transoral outlet reduction increases weight loss after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery and its side effects for roux en y bypass???
That its call also Rose procedure...or similar to that. That proved not be very effective.
Also - from what you write, there is nothing wrong with your pouch, WLS.
It is your eating, lack of exercise, and not taking vitamins, supplements that created issues for you.
Another procedure will not help you unless you can change what you eat.

Agree with H.a.l.a, your regain issues seem to be behavioral and not due to an enlarged pouch.
I would certainly seek counseling and behavioral changes before thinking about another surgery.
You can out eat anything ..... Not addressing the root cause will have you back in the same spot even if you do have a revision.

If you need basic blood work and you can't get specialist coverage, talk to your GP. He/she can order lab results and advise on any adjustments you need to make to your vitamins.

I think you have outlined your problems really well. There are solutions and help for all of them. Spend some time on here or what ever groups you can find on FB and get help. Figure out your vitamins too. You can do this.

thanks everyone.. my gp has done a work up so I know my counts and she has me on iron b12 and vitamin d...im working through therapy but since my weight gain started when I started this stressful job, I am job hunting in a different field, monitoring what is triggering my eating and trying to actually sit and eat 2-3 meals a day so I don't snack!!!!

You've outlined a lot of eating triggers here. I don't think you need any sort of mechanical 'fix', like the stoma repair you mention---I think you need to reduce stress, and get a handle on your eating. I KNOW that's hard, especially when you're stressed.
Get your vitamin and mineral levels back in a good range, journal your food, and BE KIND TO YOURSELF. I think that's more in line with what you need, not more surgery.
I had the Endoscopy suturing to reduce the size of the gastric pouch and outlet for gastric bypass on Monday and have lost 9lbs already. I had gastric bypass surgery 10 years ago and lost 115lbs, however over the pass 3 years I started to gain the weight back. I gained 36lbs back and decided to have Endoscopy suturing to reduce the size of the gastric pouch and outlet for gastric bypass. It really works. I hope this information helps.
