My 600 pound life - Penny update tonite.

I can't imagine not loving my son enough to try.  She's very selfish.  

Sadly, she's still in denial. She's convinced herself that she's doing just fine on her terms and doesn't need "someone telling her she's doing it wrong".

Me, too........I feel exactly the way you do about her and her major denial.

I saw the follow up show. Penny is a disaster waiting to die. 

Her husband needs to stop catering to her. Get only healthy foods in the house. That may be sufficient incentive for her to get out of bed. 

What are they living on? Or rather who is paying for her to eat herself to death. 

Her son will eventually need therapy to help him realize that his mother was delusional. 

It is totally wrong for a person to spend their entire life in bed. She probably needs to be in a psychiatric hospital to deal with her problems. Münchausen syndrome comes to mind. 

Too bad she didn't take advantage of the opportunity she had to get healthy.
