100% real liquid egg whites
Anyone ever use these? They are pasteurized so they don't need to be cooked. They claim to be tasteless and odorless. I just ordered a small thing and figured I would give them a try. They are made by egg white international if anyone wants to look them up.

Egg yolks are pretty awesome and healthy so I'm not sure why anyone would use these!

I would use it as extra protein. You could throw it in protein shakes or just drink it on it's own. I love eggs and egg yolks just thought I would try something different.
most of the protein is in the yolk. The yolk and the white together form a complete protein. Either one alone is an incomplete protein and won't do you. Much good
