Skinny people problems

Nah, he is jealous, and ashamed and he's projecting. It's pretty common with the people close to us who are heavy too. It can even come from your family sometimes. If you've known him for 30 years he's a friend worth keeping, so talk to him. Try and explain it. Nobody knows better than you that WLS is NOT the easy way out, or a magic bullet to lose weight. It's a tool to help ensure that once you go through the effort of getting it off you have a better chance at keeping it off. But still, many fail... If he's a friend worth keeping talk to him, if he truly is excess baggage... don't risk him bringing you down and blow that guy out the airlock like the Alien and don't look back.

Skinny people problems:

1) No more padding in the booty area. I lost all of my cushion!

2) Banging my hipbone on my kitchen island. I am dreadfully clumsy, and run into it at least once a week. Before, it was "Ooh, ow." Now it's "OMG OMG, OWWWWWW!!!" ( followed by a slew of curse words. )

3) Getting knocked down by my 70 lb. Alaskan Malamute. He has, more than once, run into me and flung me a few feet in the process. That never happened before I lost weight. I can also no longer handle him on his leash. ( luckily, we have a huge fenced in yard for him )

4) I have always disliked winter. I'm a warm weather girl. I dislike it even more now that I'm constantly cold. I confess to wearing my winter hat in my house to keep my ears warm.

5) Trying on clothes I think will fit, only to have them be too BIG, as opposed to too small for me.

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...

reading this has given me a chuckle! So glad I'm not the only person experiencing these! Esp my tailbone lhm! I have noticed the response I get from strangers is different also. For instance a week or so ago I go to the salon, my girlfriend works there ( she is in the process of getting surgery) she cuts my hair I stand up and the lady next to her says "omg you're such a tiny lady" caught me off guard, I am a very short lady (4'7) but haven't been referred to as tiny in a long time. And I'm sure that a year ago had that same lady seen me her thoughts wouldn't have been on me being tiny lol. Sometimes I have to realize my mind hasn't caught up with my body which everyone else sees. Goodluck everyone !!

Clothes budget is busted and closet getting tight. Finding cute clothes...for reasonable prices....and with so many options....my closet is getting stuffed. Perhaps this qualifies as a crossover addiction? :).

Also.  Glad to hear I'm not alone in the knocky knee problems.
