I drink a shake or at least half a shake on most days. Can't beat 30 grams of protein for 160 calories. The chocolate is very good. The vanilla is OK and I really do not like the strawberry. It tastes like the vanilla with chemical strawberry flavor added. I am trying to get all of my protein in with food, but I usually can't since I am only 7 weeks out. So these help me make up the difference.

This is the ONLY Protein Drink I use-especially the Chocolate. I'll use the Vanilla mixed with Banana, Carrots, Spinach, Strawberries and Oatmeal for a Smoothie. Did not even know that Costco sold it!! And I go to Costco once a week! I usually by them in a 4 pack from Walmart for about $7.99 I think which is not bad. How do they come packaged at Costco?
