Experiencing a speed bump
My surgeon is an advocate for daily activity, at least 30 minutes per day. He also recommends exercise of 30 minutes per day five times per week.
Grim, did you upgrade your Fitbit or are you still using the same one?

I'm using the same one. The One. I don't care for the wrist-wearable type. If I put it on my right wrist instead of the left, I'd average about 20,000 more "steps" a day.

I absolutely love it. I've probably averaged walking an extra mile or more every day because of it. An extra 365 miles in a year really adds up.

Hi there
I have the new fitbit surge. I love it. I have tried mantra different trackers and this one is the best by far. You can do so much more then just steps. You can do stairs, yoga, treadmill, weights, workout etc. and it all links to my fitness pal.
