I think anything"imitation"is crap.  I had some imitation cheddar cheese in a casserole once and the mess wouldn't even melt!

Yeah, I rarely do anything "imitation"... Hell, I don't even eat margarine and I don't like the ice cream substitutes (have you ever seen what that stuff looks like when you put some in a bowl and let it melt?!?  Yuck!!!)

Fat free cheese to me is "imitation" cheese because REAL cheese has fat, and the only RF cheese I eat is Babybel Light or string cheese with jalapeños, BUT... Velveeta is imitation cheese... and I (used to) LOVE Velveeta!!!  I would just cut a hunk off of the brick and eat it!  It's seriously making me a little nauseous thinking about that now, though.

I don't eat anything imitation.  Full fat here baby.  I just wanted to show people how bad it actually was.

I don't eat real or imitation crab, but it's a good example of why I just prefer my food as unprocessed as possible.

Whether crab, burger patties, margarine, or any of the hundreds of wholesome foods they add colors, fillers, stabilizers, cheaper substitutes and preservatives and whatever else they add, never is it healthier, and some of the changes are much more sinister than higher calories, or changing the fats into something terrible.
