could someone help me for a second ?

 I was wondering if you could help me navigate this sight for a second I just want to know how to get the weight loss banner that a lot of people have that show what there weight was , what it is now and what there goal is that shows under there messages . I would appreciate your help lol I feel kind of silly I cant figure it out but.... any ways thank you for your time :-) 

It's called a ticker

google weight loss ticker and make one :)

Click on MY OH 

HEALTH TRACKER  - enter your weight

Click on TICKER AND WIDGETS

CREATE NEW TICKER - select your preferences

Make sure you click the boxes that allow you ADD TO PROFILE/ADD TO MESSAGEBOARD SIGNATURE

Underneath the HTML code box, click on MESSAGEBOARD SETTINGS to customize it.
