Go to the more portion on the mfp app, click on apps & devices, you'll see the fitbit app listed there. Just follow the instructions, you might get rerouted to your fitbit account where you'll have to put in your password to allow mfp to have access to your fitbit account. You'll also have to put in all your information like water, exercise etc in the mfp app only. Don't worry, the water exercise, etc will show up in the fitbit app too.

In MFP go into "More" on my iPhone its at the bottom right.  Then scroll down to Apps & Devices, then find FitBit, click connect and follow the directions from there. 

 

If you use Map My Fitness/Walk/Ride, etc you can also sync MFP and Fitbit with those.  Its really cool how they all work together.
