Falling into old habits, please pray for me.
Yeah no to the praying, I don't believe. What you need to do is realize why you had wls in the first place? What were your original reasons, what was your goal, your plan, what was your exit strategy from being MO. If you didn't have one your need to form one quick, because it is a life long journey and the second you start to forget and give in you pack the pounds back on. You should be scared. So start eating according to a diet plan that keeps you losing and not maintaining. Only you know what that magic number is. This isn't easy or fun or joyous, its a life of being careful and dieting to keep yourself at a normal weight, pretty much how every other womyn on earth lives that doesn't want to be fat. Good Luck.
These are things over which you have control. Internal factors, such as what you eat and how much you move, will influence you success. External factors, such as prayer from strangers, will not.
You have control over this process. See a therapist to help you develop strategies to deal with old habits. Get foods that aren't beneficial out of your house. Move some every day.
If you believe in prayer, then certainly do so; just know that this is a process in which you input and participation are vital.

You have been given some wonderful suggestions. However, the strength to follow through has to come from YOU. If you need to seek professional help, please do so. Because there is a choice. Short term: eating all the junk you want and gaining all the weight back and becoming sicker and sicker. Or: following through with your plan and live a longer healthy life. So is it instant gratification or longevity?
