Signature error

I'm trying to add my surgeons name to my signature but I keep getting this error. What am I doing wrong?

• Signatures cannot be taller than 144 pixels (two inches), and Flash is not allowed in your signature.

Nevermind, I see that it's working.

I'm trying to figure out how to get one of those Weight loss goal things on my signature. lol

I went to menu, my OH, health tracker, then clicked on tickers/widgets. When you create a new ticker it gives you the option to include it on your signature.
