It's great that your program has a therapy component.  That'll serve you very well in the long run!  My therapist is a HUGE part of my Obesity Recovery Team :)

That's why I picked this program. She called it the mental surgery that you will need once the honeymoon period is over post surgery. And they have a long term program as well for support. People who are 10 years post op are still going for support and helping the "newbies" along.
