First of all CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss. WAY TO GO
This is interesting as I did a google search and found different answers as I am sure you did. Why don't you call the manufacture of your protein and see what they have to say. Also, call the TSA and see what they have to say as well. Another suggestion would be to call the airline you are going to be traveling on and they usually know the laws and rules for where you are traveling.

I definitely won't be in a "skinny" dress size... but "skinnier" for sure :D I've been making wish lists of dresses from ModCloth so I'll have found The Perfect Dress when I'm ready to buy it in May! (I've got a wedding that I'm less excited about in October, but at least I get to get a second pretty dress. Woo.)

I am not sure what brand you use but some of them do come in individual packets too. I've bought Syntrax nectar, Inspire(off bariatric Eating) and Jay Robb in individual packets. I am sure their are more. I think Bariatric Advantage has individual ones too. That way it is marked what they are. I don't know about carrying the RTD ones internationally just because of the weight...

Opti has 3 serving sample sizes for 6.99. Opti samples
When I ordered samples they had more of a selection, as of now only the cinnamon graham cracker is available in the 3 serving sample size.
