Aches and Pains when I get up

I have lost approximetely 105 pounds or so.  I am experiencing aches and pains when I get up in the morning in the areas where I am now less padded.  I am not complaining that I have less padding, I am just wondering if this is "normal".   I have always been heavy so I have never experienced anything like this.  I am now looking into buying a new mattress...lol.  But just wondering if my new found aches and pains can be attributed to less padding on my hips, arms, shoulders, etc.

It's not uncommon for our bodies to be out-of-alignment after weight loss.  I found it helped to go to a chiropractor for a "tune-up".

I had surgery in 2013 , i have experienced all types of things since surgery aches and pains, I have also experienced night sweats, a lot of times cold where as before surgery I was always hot. Talk to your doctor but my doctor told me its just my body adjusting to these new hormones. Not to mention if its not to much information.I'm always ready if you catch my drift... Good luck ...

I have my one year dr. visit coming up in a few weeks and I will let them know what I am experiencing.  I also went mattress shopping yesterday so a new mattress should help some also.  Thank you all for your feedback.
