kind bars? cookies? raw broccoli? idk...eat what you want, i say. "healthy and acceptable" when it comes to food can be subjective according to the amount eaten, and when you eat it, etc. it is just food, after all. the bigger question is if WHY you are eating is healthy and acceptable? you mention "stress eater" so you know what it is. work on that and not the food imho :)
