Do you journal your food? If not, start. Don't change things yet, but write down EVERY SINGLE BITE. Then post a few days' menus here, and we'll see if we can make some suggestions. It's very important to look not just at the number of calories you're taking in, but the source of those calories. How many grams of protein, fat, and carbs do you strive for?
