I had surgery 2 weeks ago.I have been doing real good untill i got up today . I have ben vomiting all day no matter what i do .I can not even hold down water. i need help please.

Please call your surgeon. You may have a stricture. You don't want to wait too long if you are not able to keep fluids down. Dehydration can happen quickly. If you start seeing symptoms of dehydration you may need to go to the ER for IV fluids.
