Carbs - what do you limit yourself to per day?
I don't agree that you must limit carbs to lose weight. I focus on protein but I don't have to limit carbs. I regularly eat tortillas, oatmeal, whole wheat toast and I'm still losing at a regular rate. I also eat fruit and vegetables daily.

You are losing because you are in a honeymoon phase. That will stop shortly and you will regain. Please revisit the concept of your surgery and you will find you are defeating the purpose of the surgery.

I just wanted to offer an update and say thank you! This past week (since I posted this topic) I have limited carbs to under 50 grams/day. For the most part I have been successful and have not even come close to the 70+ grams I had been eating daily. My weight loss had slowed to 1.5 - 2 pounds per week. This week I lost 2.8 pounds so carbs certainly seem to be related! Very happy to be back on track!
