Gurgling in the throat after surgery

I am two years post surgery gastric sleeve and still have gurgling or growling in the throat after eating.  I want to know if there is any way to stop this.  Is there a doctor out there that can give me any advice?  Sometimes it will go on for a couple of hours.  One doctor said that the cause could be the curve of the stomach or the tightness of the staples.  I just want to know if there is any way to fix it. 

I'll be curious to see the answer to this. I have a noisy stomach/throat as well. I figured it was just part of the deal. I find that sometimes it's worse than others but can't really figure out a pattern other than if I gulp liquids, it's noisier. My stomach is always really talkative after I ingest something.
