Aside from being healthy?
Aside from feeling completely healthy with no co-morbid diseases, what is that one part of your body you want to lose?
Mine is that dreaded back shelf. The one that gives you two butts or one large one. It's is a gift from generations.
I am trying to put some good thoughts behind real experience. Keeping my nerves at bay :)
I'd like to lose my muffin top & some off my hips. Jeans are such a problem right now, plenty of room in the legs just so it can be snug at my hips & my muffin top poking out when I button up. Yikes! Well it gets better as time goes on. I think I'll still be curvy whenever I reach goal, what a problem LOL.

I was just tired of not fitting into my world. I wanted to be comfortable sitting in the chairs at my parents' kitchen table. (They've got arms. I have no issues with the chairs now.)

I'd just like to tighten things up. This is how I look on a bad day (particularly the boobs!). As I lost, my biggest surprise was how my hips disappeared, as in I thought I was curvy but I'm really not. My hips are in a straight line with my shoulders. Surprise!
