Lene, how are you managing to meet your high protein requirements and eat low carb with no meat in your diet? Do you do tofu/soy products? Protein shakes?

Are you tracking your Body measurments?  Have you changed Clothing sizes?  Do you move better? sleep better?  Happier?  There are more things besides the scale.  I wrote myself a list of things to look forward to after I have surgery.  Like the day I can cross my legs at the knees,  The day I can zip my coat, The day I can get my rings on and off.  The day I have 1 *****lol)  Make a list of all the things you are looking forward too as you lose weight and keep track of how many pounds you lost and the date it happened.  Non Scale victories can be just as gratifiying just write them down so on a day when the scale doesn't move you have something else to look forward too.  Just a suggestion..
