Should they Stay or Should They Go?

Donate.

I have kept one pair of jeans and the outfit that I wore to the hospital the day of surgery. I just cleaned out a big black garbage bag of clothes this weekend and gave to a coworker, who was thankful for them. I don't plan on failing. It seems to me, that by keeping the "fat" clothes, a person is conceding that there is a chance of going back to that weight. That isn't an option as far as I am concerned. I don't ever want to go back to that place physically or mentally.

Goodwill for sure. Good karma to donate if you are able to.

Power of positive thinking... you will not be needing them again because you have made a real commitment to this healthy new life.

Keep a pair of pants and a shirt... when the road gets bumpy in the future you can remember where you began and how far you have come plus everyone has to take one of these type shots

Congrats on your weight loss!!
