Medicaid

I've tried every diet and I'm still 210 lbs I've been trying to find a doctor in Alabama preferable in Birmingham who will excerpt Medicaid I've been searching 10 years does anyone have any advice or info I feel my time in life is running out I'm diabetic have lupus and fibromyalgia what is one to do

Call the number on the back of the card and ask which surgeons will take it. Also do you must have a case manager for medicaid at DSS? You can ask them if they can help you find out as well.

Hi Tammy, I highly recommend my surgeon and nutritionist team, Dr. Miles at St. Vincents East in Birmingham. They do accept Medicaid, I THINK. There were several in my original support group on Medicaid I have had nothing but positive outcomes from my surgery and wish the same for you.
