Statistically the more often you go under anaesthetic the more likely that Russian roulette is going to end badly so I can understand your worry! 

Have you tried using hot spoons to work the hernia? The gall bladder only needs to be taken out if the stones are causing you issues - many people have stones in their gall bladders that aren't causing problems. Although I suppose you may as well get  it all sorted at once considering you're playing a dangerous game going under so often. 

RE the sex - you might have to give that up!
