Hi Everyone!  :-)

So glad to have found this site!

I've just started doing research, and I've been reading a lot of your posts.  I feel a little silly asking, but what does the acronym "NSV" stand for?  I keep seeing it, and for the life of me I can't figure it out!  LOL

Thanks for your help.  :-)

NSV = non-scale victory.   Things like getting into a new size, fitting into a restaurant booth, being able to bend over and tie your shoes, crossing your legs, etc.

Tracy,

Thank you so much!  I guess I'm still learning the "lingo" around WLS.

Thanks for asking the question.  I didn't know what it meant either.  I am also a newbie trying to figure this all out.
