how do you post pics or an avatar?

Where is says upload photos and I click on it, it just takes me to a box that has albums and such but nothing to click to upload pics. When I try posting an avatar every pic I try to load is either too big or too small and gets turned down.  So how does anyone upload pics?

If you are not seeing a box to upload try using another browser as the older versions of IE have some display options.  Here is a link to a tutorial showing you how to make your avatar smaller from our Help Section at the lower right hand side.
