Everything goes black when I stand up?
Sounds like low blood pressure, but you should check with your PCP or surgeon in case it's something else, especially since this seems to have started suddenly and recently, there may be some medical cause. Have you made any changes to vites or supplements, or started taking a new med? I know beta blockers can affect BP.
Yes, orthostatic hypotension. Check your blood pressure when sitting, and then immediately after standing. Immediately. If it drops even lower, it's definitely orthostatic hypotension.
Stand up slowly. Give your BP a few seconds to catch up before moving. Drink more, and then drink some more after that. Increase salt and other electrolytes. That's reall all you can do.
It's pretty common, and will improve over time.

I had low BP naturally pre-op, and it got even lower post op, to the point where I passed out a few times all together. My doc had me first start adding more salt to my diet (because I always was careful because all literature says to do low-salt, blah blah blah). I started adding more salt - food flavors were more vivid and my blackouts went away.
