Losing Inches
I know for me I get frustrated when the scale is moving slowly. Over the last couple of weeks it was. A woman at my support group always beats the drum for measuring your inches..."You may be losing inches!" hahaha. Well it is so true. In the couple of weeks I was barely losing I lost 5" off my hips and 2" off my waist and I was getting more compliments than ever. So just a reminder...
Also NSV in these weeks much easier to take a bath...

I had RNY on 10/28/14 and so far I have lost 33 lbs. I work out 5 times a week by walking on the treadmill, the eliptical and machines. I can see the difference in my body because of the work out. I've also lost inches but I feel like my weight loss is very slow. I dont know what I was expecting but only 33 lbs in also 6 weeks. I just try to remain positive and follow my dr. orders. I am just craving a Pepsi but I continue to try to stay strong.
Congrats on the inches lost!

I'm glad I read this. It reminded me that I need to measure myself again. I haven't taken my measurements since before surgery.
Congratulations!
