Hi everyone hope you survived Thanksgiving!  This year surely alot to be thankful for. 

Hi just wanted to share my success thus far with all you wonderful people who can understand how exciting this is!  I had the gastric sleeve on September 5 two weeks prior to that I was on the liquid diet my starting weight 215 as of today I am down to 170. 

I feel alive again and to those getting ready for this journey you can do it and just remember to believe in yourself!
