I had RNY but i also have PCOS. As you know, carbs are evil especially if you have PCOS. If you are not avoiding carbs...you need too!!  Some people have success and eat carbs...but we cysters cant because our blood sugars get all wacky which makes it hard to lose weight.  I second the idea of excersing. It is difficult to lose weight with PCOS but absolutely doable with WLS. Make some adjustments to your diet/work outs and discuss with a nutritionist and see if there is anything they can recommend. PCOS sucks and the #1 treatment?? LOSING WEIGHT!! You can do this!

Are you logging your intake?  I ask this because it is very easy to misjudge what we are taking in if we don't log.  Also, like the previous poster, I have to severely limit my carb intake because of insulin resistance.  I take in less than 40 per day total.

Also make sure you are counting your protein and water intake. Being a pescatarian you maybe reaching for more starchy protein sources like beans and protein bars. I would go on those 'what are you eating today' posts to see what others are eating for suggestions to change it up. Good Luck
