Great job my friend!! Your band has played much nicer than mine did. I have to share with these folks just in case they think you are just sitting around eating bonbons all day. This lady spends time every day at the gym doing a work out that would kill most of us but that allows her a once in awhile treat. She eats sensibly most of the time and works her tail off so she has earned every one of the pounds she's lost!
