Popcorn?
Usually when people speak of a 'trigger' food, they mean a food that triggers out-of-control eating.
Do you put a lot of butter on your popcorn? Excess fat often bothers people who have no gall bladder.
Popcorn doesn't contain much in the way of nutrition. I'm thinking you just need to stop eating it.
Oh I thought trigger meant one of the foods that trigger intolerance of the pouch :) oops no butter. It was the already flavored Boy Scout popcorn my son sold. I'm thinking it's just one that doesn't work with me for whatever reason. I just wanted to know if there would be any odd reason for nausea. Thank You!
It might be that one of the ingredients caused you bowel distress. If not the corn itself, than something added.

It might be something else that is in the popcorn that you might be sensitive to. I sometimes eat flavored popcorn as an indulgence & usually it's right after I've had some protein so I won't eat as much :) Whenever I ate something like movie popcorn alone my stomach would feel a little funny, not nausea, & not the full feeling, just a you need to stop now kind of thing. It got me off movie popcorn real quick.

Try some plain, air popped popcorn. If it doesn't give you any problems, then it's whatever crap the Boy Scouts added. If it still disagrees with you, stop it.
