DAY 4 liquid pre op diet...UGHH
It's no fun whatsoever. But here goes:
I'm a nurse. When I have a patient who is awful, I say "I can take care of ANYBODY for a shift." Just power through.
My priest says "the Lord says love everybody. Not everyone is easy to love. But you can love anybody for an hour." Just power through.
When I was in pain or tired with my personal trainer, he'd say to me "Steph, you can do anything set of weights (within reason) for a rep. It'll never feel as bad as it does right now." Just power through.
In the whole of your life, this is a mere few days. You've got this. Power through, brother!!!
