First appt with surgeon in 2 days

I meet with the surgeon to get the whole process rolling on Wednesday and I'm getting nervous.  I have been trying to get insurance to help cover this for 10 years now and the fact I'm so close is making me worry if it's really going to happen.  Any good questions I should ask? I am hell bent to have this done in 2015.
