Ottawa weight management clinic

Hi,

I have been referred to the ottawa weight management clinic. I am curious about people's experiences there. I have been reading posts on this forum and the wmc website. Questions I still have include what are wait times like? How much time do I need to take off work for appointments before surgery (I am at least 2 hours away from ottawa). After surgery do I need someone to stay with me? I live alone. Or just check in? So many thoughts...
