sometimes if my hands are really cold .. the pads and length of my fingers will get an almost shrunken appearance and a few lines show that look like wrinkles.
Isuspect you're slightly dehydrated. I know you say you're drinking "lots of water", but how much is "a lot"? At least a half-gallon, EVERY day?
Here's a good way to check. With your thumb and forefinger, pinch up the skin on the back of the other hand. If the skin INSTANTLY goes back flat when you let go, you're well hydrated. If a ridge stands up, even for a second, you need more water. The longer the ridge stands up, the more dehydrated you are.
Heck I do over a gallon and am well hydrated. I was doing two but backed off a little.
