well had my surgery on the 12th just got home today .tough couple of days ,still in some pain but I know each day will get a little easier. on the road to a healthier life style. ill keep in touch and let u all know how its going

Welcome to the losers bench! You are going to have your good days and your bad days - but overall, each day will be better than your last. When I was like you and a few days out and people told me this I thought #@!whatever! lol However I have found it to be true. I have also found this support forum to be a great place to bring my doubts, fears and concerns and have people who have went through and are going through the same thing help me out!
