waiting & waiting

Last time I posted here I said that I was getting the runaround from the surgeons office, to make a long story short I took it upon myself to gather all my preoperative reports to give to the surgeon's assistant to submit to the insurance (this was last month) and today I called my insurance and they said there is nothing approved or pending approval because nothing was submitted.  I am so frustrated!

That stinks... Good Luck getting to the bottom of it.
