I don't have an answer for you, but I do have questions for you to consider.
Are you journaling your food intake--every bite you take?
Are you measuring all your food?
Drinking your water?
Doing exercise?

Glad you reposted here. Some of us go through stalls, for what appears for no reason. Doing the right things- and then stall. My longest was 3 1/2 weeks and I had another 2 week one. Biggest things are making sure you are getting enough protein ( don't just get the minimum everyday) and also drinking the water/liquids. Good Luck!
