there is no such thing as sugar free yogurt as yogurt is made from milk and milk has its own sugar in it. You will have to check around and find the ones  with lowest sugar and carbs to buy that you like.

Danone light and fit Greek has the most protein and the least amount of sugar at least for flavored or you can get fage 0% plain, it has a lot of protein and lower sugar. but there is a such thing as sugar free jello and pudding but they don't have any protein unless you add protein powder to them.

There is no such thing as sugar free yogurt.  Yogurt is made from milk and milk contains sugar in the form of lactose.  Plain Greek yogurt is probably lowest in sugar as well as highest in protein.  But you can read the ingredients on the package to see if it has added sugar or not.

I used plain non-fat greek yogurt and added a tablespoon of sugar-free jam to it (sometimes with a dash of Splenda) to sweeten it up.  That will give you the lowest amount of carbs.

Now that I'm in maintenance I use the Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt.

Danon light and fit has 80 calories and the Yoplait light has 100. I can't tell much difference in the taste or texture, so I generally stick with Dannon for fewer calories. They have great flavors and a good range or variety.
