Saggy Skin...
You have age on your side, but genetics will also factor in. There is no pill, lotion, cream, or exercise you can do to avoid sagging skin. Start a plastic surgery fund now, so when you get to goal you have a head start on funding.

There's nothing you can do that is going to prevent the amount of sagging skin you have post-op. The best thing you can do is lose weight now! The longer you're obese, the more damaged your skin gets and the less likely you'll have "snap back".
The good news is that you're young. If you haven't been SMO all your life there's a good chance that it won't be one of the worst cases. People think skin just stretches out as we get fat. Oh no, no, no. That has happened, of course, but you've also grown extra skin to cover the increased body mass and that skin does not evaporate when you lose weight. It hangs there and sags.
