My Journey Update

Thank you all for the well wishes and support. I'm doing better today, and had my final chest tube removed. YAY! All other tubes are gone, and they'll pull the central line in the morning. I have been in the hospital since 11/3/14, and I am sooooooooo ready to go home!!! After the six days here from the revision surgery, and the 11 days this admission, I just want to sleep in my own bed, and SHOWER!!!

I had a Total Knee Replacement and after 15 days in a rehab center, I felt like a prisoner being released!  I got itchy at the thought of peace and quiet and sleeping in my own bed!
