o my gosh I laugh so hard reading this! I know how she feels in a way my husband has not said anything to me about that but it is a fear of mine for sure! but I just keep telling myself he loves me at 306 pounds w stretch marks spider veins and every other thing physically being over weight does to your body! and I feel better! good luck hun but first and for most if you feel he is worried about anything other then your happiness and health you should be sitting down and talking to him and remember you are going to feel so good about your self at that point its not going to matter

My boyfriend did not mind the skin. He always told me how sexy  I was and tried to talk me out of plastics. He was always attracted to me- fat, thin with droopy skin, and thin with plastic surgery scars.

Here's the true question: would he rather have you ALIVE with saggy skin or in a casket with tight skin?

My partner loved me when I was really overweight and loved me when my skin was saggy.  Why is your partner more worried about how you look than your health?

What is he concerned about?  He he worried he won't be attracted to you?

My husband had concerns about the RNY, and preferred I have the lap band instead, but he was not worried about the after effects.  After the RNY I went from 250 down to 138, and I have had no saggy anything--yes, I wear sleeveless if it's ever warm enough where I live.  I do have the same stretch marks, from pregnancy, that I've had forver LOL

I wish you all the best of luck

As the others have said, if he truly loves you he will love you no matter what your body looks like. I do understand, though, that everyone wants to look nice and everyone wants to be with someone that they find physically attractive.

I would echo the questions that others have raised about what exactly the concern is.  It may be possible to alleviate particular con earns, but not others.

There is no way that anyone can tell you how much extra skin you will have, or where you will have it, so there really isn't any way that you can prepare him for what you're going to look like!
