Very excited to almost be out the 300's. People are just starting to notice my weight loss. Dec 4th is creaping around the corner for my surgery. Really looking foward to getting this next 100lbs off. I still feel like my energy level is not were I want it it be really hoping it will get better with more weight loss. Any one else have energy issues? I take vitamins...eat healthy..work out...and still no energry. Blood work is good also! Thanks!
Awesome. Hang in there and keep doing what you are supposed to. I did not feel energeti****il I was closer to 200 pounds.

I am excited for you, too.
Sometimes, sublingual B12 helps me with my energy levels. I found that my most tired time was the 4 weeks after surgery -- and that upping my protein slightly often helped. Now I have more energy than I know what to do with!

Im so looking forward to having some....dont get me wrong way more than at 420 but just so excited not to always be dragging
How exciting to see the 200's so close! Just wait until you have your surgery and enjoy the results of losing weight and gaining better health.
As long as your blood work is good (which it is!) and you're doing all the things with vitamins, healthy eating and working out, I wouldn't be too concerned at this point. After you've had your surgery and recuperated for a month or so, you should have an increase in your energy.
Just three weeks until December 4th!!
