getting ready to head in for surgery

The day has finally arrived. I'm excited & nervous but ready for this part of my journey to begin. I'm very lucky to have a very supportive husband who is ready to work out & keep me focused. Love him! I've lost a total of 46lbs in 6 months. I'm proud of that but know how easily I could put it back on without this tool. With my high blood pressure being difficult to manage with meds as well as my family history of heart disease, diabetes & obesity, I KNOW this is the right decision for me. I'm just ready for it to be over so I can get past these pre-surgery jitters. Thanks for listening.

Welcome to the losers bench!

Changing to a new blog. Please investigate your surgeon. Ask specific questions on after care, practice philosophies, office staff, nutrition, supplements, etc.
